Our appraisal fees are competitively aligned with industry standards. They are determined based on either an hourly rate or an agreed-upon flat fee. Please note that travel expenses and administrative fees are additional. When providing estimates, we consider the scope of work, the time required to examine the property, market research, and the preparation of the final report.
